Senior SCCM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SCCM Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint management software deployment patch management and systems administration initiatives across a large-scale IT environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) / MECM Windows infrastructure automation and endpoint security.

This role requires a senior-level professional who can architect implement and optimize endpoint management solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with infrastructure security and desktop support teams.

• Lead administration and optimization of SCCM / MECM infrastructure across enterprise environments
• Design and manage OS deployments imaging task sequences and device provisioning
• Manage monthly patching cycles security updates and compliance reporting
• Deploy software packages applications and enterprise updates globally
• Integrate SCCM with Intune / Co-Management / Autopilot solutions
• Troubleshoot client health distribution points boundaries and performance issues
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell for deployment and reporting tasks
• Manage endpoint security policies BitLocker Defender integrations and compliance standards
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams for vulnerability remediation
• Maintain documentation architecture diagrams SOPs and operational processes
• Provide mentorship to junior administrators and technical guidance to support teams
• Participate in upgrade migration and cloud transformation initiatives

• 7 years of experience in SCCM / MECM Administration
• Strong experience with Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy
• Expertise in OSD Task Sequences Imaging PXE Boot
• Experience in Patch Management / WSUS / Compliance Reporting
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Co-management
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools and enterprise best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Intune MDM / Autopilot experience
• VMware / Citrix environment exposure
• ITIL process knowledge
• Microsoft certifications preferred

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or related field preferred
