Key Highlights of the Role -
Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and develop a team of mechanical engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Technical Authority: Drive concept development and oversee design for injection-molded sheet metal and machined components.

Quality & Compliance: Own the mechanical sections of the Design History File (DHF) and lead risk management activities like FMEA.

Collaboration: Partner with suppliers toolmakers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing readiness.
What We Are Looking For -
Experience: 7 9 years in mechanical design (plastic metal and precision-machined parts).

Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred).

Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in SolidWorks GD&T and Tolerance Analysis.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in medical device development or similar regulated industries is a significant plus.
