Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Technical author- Must have at least 2 years working experience in providing Maintenance and Operations instructions/Installation instructions.
Have good understanding of the Aircraft/Mechanical systems and components.
Involve in the creation/revision of Maintenance tasks in Windmill/Automobile/ Hydro Power stations /Marine/Rail sectors based on the customer supplied inputs.
Good understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
Exposure to tools like SAP/GAMS DACAS A350 PC suite (PDM) Gipsy Taksy Epic Editor Adobe Professional/ FrameMaker/Oxygen XML is an added advantage.
Involve in the creation/revision of AMM tasks and maintenance and operations instructions based on the customer supplied inputs (MPMs SBs and TRs).
Responsible to deliver the assigned tasks with quality and on time schedule compliance.
Knowledge in Aerospace Technical Publication Standards. (ATA. iSpec2200 S1000D ASD simplified English) is added advantage.
Good understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and documentation is added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent skill requirement in Excel Visio PowerPoint and MS word
Good written and oral communication
Strong teamwork skills.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge and experience working on maintenance and operations instructions.
Expertise in writing about complex aerospace/mechanical/electrical systems.
Good understanding of DITA XML standards.
Ability to standardize the structure presentation style and language of content across manuals.
Trouble Shooting abilities.

Qualification:

Any Graduates

Qualification: BE / Diploma / AME
