Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – Senior (End-to-End Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong end-to-end implementation and development experience on the ServiceNow platform along with frontend expertise in Angular. The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to development testing deployment and support of ServiceNow modules and custom applications including building modern user-friendly UI components and portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design development configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM ITAM etc.) based on business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical designs and provide effort estimations.
• Develop and maintain workflows Flow Designer flows Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies UI Actions Service Portal widgets and integrations.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs web services and MID Server where applicable.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow Service Portal / UI components using Angular JavaScript HTML and CSS to deliver intuitive and high-performance user experiences.
• Develop reusable frontend components and ensure seamless integration between Angular applications and ServiceNow backend/services.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices coding standards performance and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Support platform upgrades patching and migration of customizations ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
• Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and provide timely fixes and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation design documents and configuration records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration and scripting: JavaScript Glide API Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Actions UI Policies Flow Designer Workflows and Service Portal.
• 3 years of experience in Angular (v6) with strong knowledge of TypeScript JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Experience in developing Service Portal widgets or integrating Angular-based UI with ServiceNow.
• Experience implementing and supporting multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD ITAM SPM/PPM).
• Proven experience in designing and building integrations using REST/SOAP web services and integration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or related field.

Preferred / Good to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist in any module.
• Experience with CMDB design and implementation Performance Analytics Orchestration or Automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices (update sets CI/CD for ServiceNow).
• Experience building enterprise frontend applications or dashboards using Angular integrated with ServiceNow or other backend systems.
