IT Procurement Analyst

## About the Role
As an IT Procurement Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our Group IT Procurement office. You will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to Group Procurement and Invoice Policies driving continuous process improvement and supporting our SLA-based operations.

## Key Responsibilities
- Perform Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processing activities for Group IT.
- Liaise globally with IT vendors and internal clients across various locations for procurement operations.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to deliver comprehensive procurement services to functional and business stakeholders.
- Support IT Request for X (RFx) sourcing projects and conduct vendor comparison analyses.
- Assist with vendor onboarding assessments and ongoing reassessments.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders resolve payment queries and rectify discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough checks of invoices before processing approvals and payments.
- Track approvals and maintain a robust repository of vendor contracts procurement documentation and invoices.
- Prepare and publish periodic management reports.

## Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Procurement or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role within the Procure-to-Pay function preferably in IT Procurement.
- Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements including hardware software services and telecommunications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management.
- Understanding of basic accounting practices and tools/processes related to invoice processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to process a large volume of requests and perform routine tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working independently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with any procurement system invoice processing and accounts payable processes is a significant advantage.
