Job Summary
Job Title: I.T Officer
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced I.T Officer responsible for maintaining hardware software systems and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise-level technical expertise and the ability to support and train staff on information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Hardware and Software systems and I.T infrastructure
- Manage enterprise resource usage including data management cloud services internet security server management and ERP systems
- Train staff on the usage of information systems
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an IT professional
- Maintenance of Hardware and Software systems and I.T infrastructure
- Enterprise resource usage: The candidate should be proficient (not just familiar) with Data management and cloud services Internet security server mgt and ERP
- Must also be able to train people on the usage of information systems
- Cisco certification/experience required
- Preferred Requirement
- An understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce will be preferable
Required Skills:
Requirements: Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors degree in any related discipline A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a sales executive Have a good command of English and any local language. Have excellent interpersonal persuasive and communication skills. Have excellent customer management and problem-solving skills. Be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools. Possess poise and excellent telephone mannerisms.
