Job Summary
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies andorganisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.
Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector specifically throughout our Far North Qld region we are looking for experienced Heads Chefs Chef Supervisors and Line Chefs to take us into our next growth phase as we mobilise our newest venture catering for approximately 280 residents.
Working with well-regarded clients the successful candidate will work a 14:7 roster working 10 hour days. Flights ex Townsville or Cairns accommodation and meals included. May consider FIFO ex Brisbane for the Head Chef role only.
The Positions
- Head Chef 14/7 10 - $120k super
- Chef Supervisor 14/7 10 - $108k super
- Line Chef 14/7 10 - $100963 super
The Person
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
- Food safety supervisory certification (desirable)
- Experience within bulk catering/remote environments
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
