Job Summary
TA Process adherence including job offer approvals intake call management Recruiter assignment Smart Search access and audits candidate documentation check & coordinate with onboarding team for offer and BGV process
- B Tech Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Analytics Statistics or related field
- 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition analytics and HR analytics
- Proficiency in Excel & Data Analytics
- Knowledge of HR processes recruitment lifecycle and HRIS/ ATS systems.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Should be flexible enough to manage various Ad Hoc requests from the Leadership
