Senior Engineer PowerBI with Databricks

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Engineer (Power BI & Databricks) to design develop and optimize data visualization solutions that drive actionable insights for business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Databricks with Advanced Power BI development data modelling and dashboard design with the ability to translate complex business needs into elegant user-friendly analytics solutions.

You are responsible to support end-to-end data preparation and modeling workflows and this role requires strong expertise in data engineering and analytics with ownership of data pipelines monthly updates and process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clean and validate pre-transformed sellout data for use in modeling workflows
• Perform monthly data updates ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data processing tasks and improve efficiency
• Develop maintain and optimize data pipelines using Databricks PySpark and SQL
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation of data pipelines workflows and logic
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and smooth handover of processes and systems
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI) to support business insights

Qualifications :

• 4 years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering data engineering or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Databricks PySpark and SQL
• Experience working across both data analytics and data engineering domains
• Proficiency in Power BI (PBI) for data visualization and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage end-to-end ownership
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process improvement
