Job Summary
- Plan and coordinate critical aircraft maintenance activities across our regional fleet
- Play a key role in safety compliance and operational reliability
- Work closely with CAMO Line Maintenance and Stores teams to keep aircraft flying safely and on time
- 4 days on 4 days off day shift 2-year fixed-term opportunity based in Sydney

As a Production Planner within Engineering Production youll be a vital part of delivering safe efficient and reliable line maintenance outcomes for our fleets.
Working within our Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO) this role ensures maintenance resources materials and workloads are planned effectively to support aircraft availability while meeting regulatory safety and operational requirements. Youll collaborate daily with CAMO maintenance supervisors and stores teams helping to maintain fleet health and minimise disruption to commercial operations.
What youll be doing
- Managing the Production Planning process to ensure seamless maintenance execution
- Liaise closely with CAMO to incorporate MELs CDLs and defect management into maintenance plans
- Ensure materials specialist tooling and resources are available ahead of maintenance events
- Support engine removals troubleshooting activities and proactive maintenance initiatives
- Promote and actively support the Safety Management System (SMS) reporting hazards and risks
- Work collaboratively across engineering planning and operational teams to deliver fleet reliability
What youll bring to the role
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar planning or maintenance environment
- Aviation experience with an understanding of CASA Part 42 and Part 145 is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience using TRAX Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and production planning systems
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
