Plant Communication Team Leader (fmdiv.)

As Plant Communication Team Leader you will define and lead internal communication for our plant working closely with local leadership and global communication teams. Your work ensures clarity transparency and engagement across the organization especially in times of change.
Your contribution to something big:
- Define implement and continuously improve the plants internal communication strategy aligned with business objectives and corporate communication guidelines
- Lead and further develop internal communication channels such as townhalls newsletters videos screens apps and presentations
- Translate global and corporate strategic topics into clear locally relevant messages
- Act as a trusted communication partner for plant management leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Lead and develop the plant communication team including budget planning and resource management
- Provide clear and timely communication support during crisis situations working closely with local leadership to ensure consistent messaging
- Share best practices and actively contribute to global communication communities within Bosch
- Coordinate communication for site visits and visitors depending on local setup
- Support employer branding and site communication initiatives in close collaboration with HR and local leadership
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication Marketing or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in internal communication or corporate communication
- Several years of experience in a senior lead or advisory role within complex organizational environments (industry sexto pe)
- Proven experience leading projects and working closely with senior stakeholders; people leadership experience is a strong advantage
Know-how
- Strong expertise in internal communication channels and formats
- Solid understanding of strategic communication stakeholder management and change communication
- Experience supporting crisis communication is a plus
Languages
- Fluent/Native in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) - mandatory

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
