Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Mysuru this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building and managing a high-performing sales team and establishing strong client relationships within your territory. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales expertise to achieve organizational objectives and expand our market presence in Mysuru and surrounding areas.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals
  • Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high morale
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting client engagement negotiation and closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Mysuru region
  • Analyze market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior management
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members for continuous improvement
  • Manage sales forecasting pipeline development and resource allocation to optimize team productivity
  • Represent the organization at industry events trade shows and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies sales procedures and ethical business practices

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership staff development and performance management
  • Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent negotiation closing and consultative selling skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales strategy development and territory management
  • Outstanding communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with the Mysuru region market or South India business landscape (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales forecasting and pipeline management processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of B2B or B2C sales environments and market dynamics (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software platforms (preferred)
