1. Stock Ordering and Stores Control

Source and obtain quotations for re-ordering workshop and stores spares
Load purchase requisitions and create purchase orders on the system
Issue official purchase orders to suppliers
Receive delivered spares and verify against purchase orders
Capture stock receipts and supplier invoices
Pack label and store stock in designated workshop stores
Conduct stock counts and update stock records accordingly
Capture and maintain accurate stock data
Ensure workshop stores and office areas are kept clean orderly and compliant

2. Workshop Spares OrdersObtain spares quotations telephonically from approved suppliersCreate and process purchase orders for workshop sparesFollow up on outstanding spares ordersInspect spares on arrival for correctness and qualityIssue spares to mechanics as requiredProcess purchase receipts and supplier invoices3. Stores IssuesReceive stores requisitions from sites and mechanicsPick and issue stock in line with approved requisitionsCapture and post all stores requisitions on the system4. Site Spares SupportReceive and respond to calls from sites requesting sparesSource quotations and place orders for site sparesFollow up on ordered sparesCheck spares received and arrange courier deliveries to sitesLiaise with approved couriers including AB regarding deliveriesCapture purchase receipts and process supplier invoices5. Driver and Logistics CoordinationPlan and coordinate driver routes for the delivery and collection of spares
