Job Summary
SRITRIMS (Far East) Limited a member of the SPEED Group is a leading provider of total solutions for garment accessories. With operations spanning across Asia and Africa we continue to grow as an industry leader driven by innovation and excellence. We are currently expanding our finance team and invite a motivated and analytical Accounts Executive to join our Colombo office.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare financial statements monthly reports and reconciliation statements
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Liaise with auditors banks and other financial institutions
- Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
