Job Summary

Workday HCM Integrator

Location: Tampa Florida Onsite Role

Fulltime ($110k to $120k/per annum)

Mandatory Skills : Workday EIB Integrations Workday HCM

The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of Workdays integration technologies and create reliable automation across the HR technology landscape.
Collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within Workday.
Design build test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST SOAP SSL PGP etc.)
Strong knowledge of XML XSLT JSON and xPath programming
Experience with Workday Custom Reports RaaS APIs and Calculated Fields.
Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (must-have) should able to build complex inbound outbound integrations.
Troubleshoot Workday integration issues.
Hands on experience with Integration security.
Possess strong domain knowledge in Payroll ( Workday Payroll / Global Payroll ) /Compensation / Performance
Successfully implemented multiple integrations in specific domains
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
