Job Summary
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Minneapolis MN(Hybrid/Onsite)

Job Description: As a Business Intelligence Analyst your primary role will be to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support the companys growth. You will work with various teams to collect analyze and interpret data providing actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and data requirements.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights.
Develop and maintain reports dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and suggest improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
A Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field is required (a Masters degree is preferred).
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is desirable.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
