Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals. The PT will develop and implement individualized care plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at restoring strength mobility coordination and function while managing pain and improving overall quality of life. Practice will be in accordance with applicable state regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength range of motion and mobility
Utilize appropriate modalities and techniques to reduce pain and enhance function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable state practice acts and regulatory requirements
Practice Setting
May include both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation environments
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific; must be obtained upon acceptance)
Open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience
Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

No holiday coverage required
