Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated **Physical Therapist (PT)** to join our team in Queens this role you will help patients improve mobility manage pain and regain independence through personalized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and create treatment plans.
* Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs.
* Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
* Follow all professional and clinical standards.

Qualifications

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
* Active New York Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
* Strong communication and patient care skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
