Job Summary

Job Title: IT Support Specialist 2

Location: Tucker GA
Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support via phone or onsite for system and application issues
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
Support daily operations of application systems and assist users with functionality
Install configure and upgrade software on PCs
Communicate with users and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Develop basic training materials and assist users with system usage

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in technical support help desk or IT support roles
Knowledge of application support system/network administration or IT operations
Ability to troubleshoot hardware software and user issues
Basic understanding of information security and privacy practices
Strong communication and user support skills

Education:

High School Diploma or GED
6 months experience or training in IT support / system administration / application support
