We are looking for a Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join the groups DevOps team specifically supporting the Vehicle Invoicing AG product.

This critical role is responsible for implementing unified processes and systems for vehicle invoicing and Cost-of-Retail settlements across the global group.

You will serve as the functional lead in designing and configuring systems that manage the data flow of vehicle-related services to business partners worldwide.

Global Financial Integration: Design and implement unified SAP systems for vehicle invoicing and Cost-of-Retail billing for the group.

Advanced Functional Engineering: 8 years of deep experience in SAP engineering including complex functional configuration and production support.

Agile Product Ownership: Drive delivery within a high-performance feature team ensuring the Agile Tool Chain is leveraged for maximum transparency.

Product / Team Context:

The Vehicle Invoicing AG product manages the critical documentation and data flow for vehicle billing and retail settlement services globally.

As part of the IT Hub you will provide internal expertise and an extended warranty on these solutions ensuring they meet the high sustainability and compliance standards of the group.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in SAP Functional consulting.
• Essential: Extensive track record in SAP Engineering within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

SAP SD Certification

• Extensive SAP SD experience
• Operations experience (ticket handling problem incident management)
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills:

• SAP FI Experience
• SAP MM Experience
• SAP ABAP debugging
• IDocs AIF
• SAP S/4 HANA
• Jira and Confluence experience
• Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills
• Self-motivated and keen attention to detail / time management

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Lead in Operations team
• Problem identification and solution proposal
• E2E ownership of SD design (across Development and Operations)
• Receiving troubleshooting resolving and closing complex Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Create and maintain Solution Guides.
• Ensure Knowledge Transfer within team
• Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
• Executing the required changes through configuration
• Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
• Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad
• Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings including Stand-ups Sprint
• Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings.
• Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s)
