2026 is a step-change year. Our ambition is to reach 1.6bn in revenue expand from four to eight global markets and significantly broaden our condition and treatment portfolio. • Running end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time including all pay elements deductions and statutory payments
• Applying and calculating manual tax codes processing P6/P9 notifications and handling complex tax scenarios
• Completing monthly reconciliations across GL HMRC and pension providers using Excel
• Managing the full range of statutory payments: SSP SMP SPP etc including manual calculations
• Owning pension scheme administration including auto-enrolment opt-outs re-enrolment and provider reconciliations
• Acting as first point of contact for all employee payroll queries daily
• Managing the relationship with our external payroll provider challenging outputs and driving accuracy
• Contributing to the active project to bring pensions administration in-house

• Hands-on end-to-end UK payroll ownership in a medium to large organisation
• Confident working knowledge of PAYE NI statutory payments and auto-enrolment
• Experience with manual tax code calculations and complex statutory payment scenarios
• Strong Excel skills for payroll validation and reconciliation work
• Experience operating alongside an external payroll provider
• Comfortable working at pace in a scaling deadline-driven environment
