Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator (Success Agent) to support infrastructure delivery and deployment activities across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role combining project coordination Agile support (Scrum/Kanban) and execution tracking within an enterprise environment. The role will focus on coordinating server installations and software upgrades across multiple plant locations for the Equipment Data Collection (EDC) platform working closely with infrastructure delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of deployments aligned with established processes. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong follow-up coordination and the ability to track deployment readiness resolve blockers and ensure timely completion of activities across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track server installations and software upgrades across multiple plant locations for the EDC platform.
- Work across multiple infrastructure delivery teams to ensure alignment on deployment activities and timelines.
- Drive detailed follow-ups across horizontal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track deployment readiness including server availability infrastructure readiness and cross-team dependencies.
- Follow up with teams on deployment timelines blockers and status updates ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support completion of deployment-related stories and execution tasks.
- Track and manage project activities using Jira (including dashboards) spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring clarity on priorities timelines and dependencies.
- Represent the team in status / stakeholder meetings (including Beacon meetings) and provide updates.
- Support Agile delivery by working in Scrum and/or Kanban (pull-based) environments.
- Manage multiple high-priority deployment activities simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation workflows and status reporting for transparency and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 6 years of experience in project coordination Agile delivery support or similar execution-focused roles (preferably in infrastructure or deployment environments).
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong experience using Jira as a primary tracking tool (including dashboarding).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks priorities and cross-team dependencies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools for tracking and status updates.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure server installations or system upgrades.

- Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments.
- Exposure to infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve coordination and productivity.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
