European Retail Media Specialist

THE ROLE

Circle Ks European Retail Media Network is growing across Europe and were seeking a Retail Media Specialist to support sales enablement campaign delivery and commercial growth across our digital media ecosystem. Based in Copenhagen this role operates within a multinational organization and works closely with partners and internal teams across Europe. The role requires strong structural capabilities to ensure clarity operational stability and consistent execution. At the same time the candidate must demonstrate adaptability to navigate evolving business needs and a rapidly evolving retail media market.

WHAT YOULL DO

Sales enablement with internal stakeholders in the European market for retail media products including marketing loyalty digital operations analytics and merchandising to drive growth and sales;

Partner directly with media agencies across Europe to grow central cross-national digital media offerings planning activation and performance storytelling;

Build compelling presentations proposals campaign prices and sales materials that clearly communicates the value of Circle Ks retail media solutions;

Collaborate across digital platforms (onsite offsite and digital-in-store) to support the development and execution of omni-channel Retail Media campaigns;

Translate campaign results into clear insights actionable recommendations and strong recap narratives for partners;

Support opportunity identification and the European sales pipeline through insight-driven conversations and proactive collaboration;

Contribute to the evolution of Circle Ks retail media offerings with exploring and helping scale capabilities across the region.

WHAT YOULL NEED

35 years of experience in digital media retail media media agency roles account management or related fields;

Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage persuasively with partners and agencies across multiple European markets;

Strong internal stakeholder managementcomfortable navigating a complex organization with many cross-functional touchpoints;

Solid understanding of digital media fundamentals and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the retail media space;

Experience with marketing technologies CRM systems and analytics tools is a plus;

Curious structured proactive and able to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment;

Fluent English. Working level of German language is a plus.
