What Youll Be Responsible For:

• Leading operational strategy to drive efficiency profitability and service excellence across all venues.

• Upholding Lisinis high front-of-house standards while continuously enhancing the customer experience.

• Inspiring and developing the operations team cultivating a high-performance culture.

• Updating and innovating service offerings to maintain competitive relevance.

• Setting and monitoring KPIs that align with business objectives.

• Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional accommodation standards.

• Overseeing budgets cost control and financial reporting for events and operations.

• Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and leading Head of Department (HOD) meetings.

• Ensuring process compliance and utilising data analysis to drive operational improvements.
