Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving our companys success by analyzing data identifying trends and providing insights to inform strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and make recommendations for business expansion

- Utilize data to create forecasts and projections to support business planning and budgeting processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

- 2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
