Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish) to join our growing team in Barcelona.

In this role you will be at the forefront of the sales process responsible for identifying new business opportunities engaging potential clients and building a strong sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or grow their career in sales within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls emails social selling)
  • Engage with Nordic-speaking prospects and introduce company products/services
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish)
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development
  • Resilient proactive and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in sales customer service or lead generation is a plus

Eligibility

  • EU citizenship OR
  • Valid work permit for Spain
