The Role

This is a high-stakes highly visible executive mandate serving as the Chief Reputation Architect for a Top-tier Consumer Conglomerate. As the Head of Corporate Branding you are not managing individual FMCG product lines; you are safeguarding and elevating the overarching identity of the multi-billion-dollar parent company. Sitting at the group level you will orchestrate a unified corporate narrative that bridges massive subsidiaries across manufacturing retail and digital services. Your mandate is to ensure that consumers top-tier global investors government stakeholders and elite talent all clearly understand and deeply respect our visionary Point of Life ecosystem strategy.

What Youll Do

  • Blueprint the Corporate Narrative: Define refine and forcefully articulate the Groups corporate brand strategy mission and visual identity. Translate the highly complex offline-to-online ecosystem strategy into a compelling premium and easily digestible narrative for all external stakeholders.
  • M&A Brand Integration: Act as the brand guardian during massive corporate acquisitions. Develop rigorous frameworks for brand integration deciding whether newly acquired entities should be assimilated co-branded or kept distinct within the Groups portfolio.
  • ESG & Sustainability Storytelling: Lead the charge in positioning the Group as a pioneer in sustainable development circular economy and community upliftment. Transform our rigorous ESG compliance into a powerful emotive corporate brand pillar that resonates with global standards.
  • Employer & Investor Brand Synergy: Work in lockstep with the Head of Talent to build an elite Employer Brand that attracts top-tier global talent. Collaborate with the Head of IR to ensure the corporate brand exudes the financial premium and governance expected by tier-1 institutional investors.
  • Thought Leadership & Executive Positioning: Elevate the profiles of the Founders and Management Board. Architect thought leadership campaigns that position the C-suite as visionary pioneers of the Southeast Asian consumer landscape.

What Were Looking For

  • Enterprise-Level Pedigree: 12-15 years of formidable experience in Corporate Branding Corporate Communications or Brand Strategy operating at an executive level within a large-scale conglomerate top-tier MNC or premier global brand consultancy.
  • Brand Architecture Expertise: A definitive track record of managing highly complex House of Brands and Branded House architectures. You have proven experience harmonizing disparate corporate identities during post-merger integrations.
  • Strategic Storyteller: You possess elite communication skills and the intellectual firepower to distill complex business models financial strategies and tech-driven ecosystems into elegant powerful corporate messaging.
  • Executive Gravitas & Resilience: The ability to thrive in a notoriously fast-paced high-pressure and ambiguous environment. You possess the unshakeable composure to advise push back and align visionary founders and fiercely demanding C-level stakeholders.
  • Crisis & Reputation Acumen: Deep experience in proactive reputation management and crisis communication strategy capable of protecting multi-billion-dollar brand equity in the face of intense public or media scrutiny.
