Were Hiring: Customer Technical Advisor (French Speaker)
Location: Greece (On-site)

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and internal systems

• Accurately log all customer interactions in the database

• Manage and resolve complaints according to company guidelines

• Troubleshoot issues using training materials and support tools

• Provide clear solutions and helpful recommendations

What Were Looking For:

• Native or Fluent French

• Good English level (C1)

• Strong communication & active listening skills

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Basic typing speed (20 WPM)

• High School Diploma or higher

• Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)
