  - Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  - Record and manage customer interactions in the system
  - Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  - Offer solutions to common problems and FAQs
  What Were Looking For:
  - Native or fluent French
  - Strong English level (C1)
  - Good communication & active listening skills
  - Problem-solving mindset & technical thinking
  - Basic typing skills (20 WPM)
  - High school diploma or higher
