As a Customer Technical Advisor you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Record and manage customer interactions in the system
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Offer solutions to common problems and FAQs

What Were Looking For:

Native or fluent French
Strong English level (C1)
Good communication & active listening skills
Problem-solving mindset & technical thinking
Basic typing skills (20 WPM)
High school diploma or higher
