About the opportunity:

This is more than a finance role its about shaping the future of three business units. Youll be a trusted advisor to the Divisional MD with a dotted line to the Group FCO and a key player in driving profitability commercial governance cashflow optimisation and sustainable growth. Youll also lead finance transformation project initiatives and compliance across this diverse portfolio.

What youll be doing:

• Lead and execute the financial strategy aligned with group goals
• Drive budgeting forecasting and scenario planning across BUs
• Oversee financial reporting compliance (IFRS VAT PAYE) audits and controls
• Optimise cashflow working capital and banking structures (including Forex)
• Ensure commercial governance: pricing tenders contracts and deal structuring
• Champion financial systems automation and continuous improvement
• Inspire lead and develop a high-performing finance team across the cluster

What were looking for:

• CA(SA)
• 10 years senior financial management experience in an operational role
• Strong leadership
• Proven commercial acumen pricing tenders margin optimisation
• Advanced Excel ERP systems and project/lean methodologies
• Excellent communication coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
