Job Summary:
Experience8-10 yearsWe are seeking a PeopleSoft North America Payroll Consultant with strong functional expertise in end-to-end payroll processing payroll configuration and statutory compliance.

The candidate will work closely with HR Finance and technical teams to support payroll operations enhancements and regulatory changes

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Key Responsibilities.
Configure implement and support PeopleSoft NA Payroll modules. Manage end-to-end payroll processing including:
. Earnings deductions taxes garnishments
. Retro pay off-cycle payrolls and adjustments. Ensure compliance with US statutory and regulatory requirements: . Federal State and Local taxes
. W-2 W-2c W-4 1099 reporting. Work with USA Tax Update (PATCH/UPD) and year-end processing activities. Configure and maintain:
. Pay calendars pay groups paysheets . Payroll rules balance accumulators and taxation rules. Support interfaces with: . Time & Labor . Benefits Administration . General Ledger and third-party vendors. Perform payroll audits reconciliations and issue resolution. Prepare functional specifications and support testing (Unit SIT UAT). Collaborate with technical teams for PeopleCode SQR BI Publisher related payroll issues. Provide production support and handle payroll escalations during critical payroll cyclesDomain Payroll compliance and statutory regulations. Understanding of HRPayrollFinance integration Good to Have. Experience in PeopleSoft Time & Labor or Benefits. Exposure to Fluid UI. Payroll support for large employee populations

Educational Qualification.
