Payroll Analyst
Job Summary
The role supports the payroll activities in conducting payroll transactions in an efficient accurate & timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Support payroll activities:
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient accurate & timely manner
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
- Ensuring adherence to GF Global Policies & Procedures
- Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries questions etc.
- Address and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Calculate and prepare general journal entries
- Reconcile earnings and deduction totals
- Review output registers and reports
- Initiate best practices; develop efficiency improvements
- Timely communication & coordination with various stakeholders
- Supports Internal control
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in commerce Finance & Accounting
- Prior experience within payroll 3-5 years
- Good knowledge of payroll process & statutory requirements
- Highly collaborative team player across various APAC countries and Global GF with ability to establish productive working relationships
- You are detail oriented organized confidential and meticulous
- Good understanding on payroll accounting and posting JEs
- Good understanding of monthly reconciliations
- Good communication skills.
