Construction Assembler/ House Framing Assembler
Job Summary:
The House Framing Assembler is responsible for constructing and assembling wood framing components for residential structures including walls floors and roof systems. This role requires the ability to read blueprints use power tools and work efficiently in a fast-paced construction or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wood framing components such as wall panels floor systems and roof trusses
Read and interpret blueprints layouts and measurements
Use hand and power tools (nail guns saws drills) safely and effectively
Position materials according to specifications
Ensure quality accuracy and structural integrity of assemblies
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous framing construction or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
Comfortable using power tools and working with lumber
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Reliable and able to meet production deadlines
