Your Role as a Baylor RN

Youll bring high-quality compassionate care directly into patients homeswhen they need it most.

• Manage a weekend caseload within your local territory

• Conduct skilled nursing visits assessments and follow-ups

• Develop and adjust personalized care plans

• Partner with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care

• Educate patients and families to promote independence and safety at home

What Youll Need

• Active RN license (CT)

• 1 year of nursing experience specifically in home care

• Willingness to travel locally for patient visits

• Valid drivers license reliable vehicle & insurance

• Live within the service area

• Lift pull and push 50-100lbs
