Job Summary
Location: Remote: PH
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm EST
Salary:$1700-$2000 (depending on experience)
Job Information: We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to support the design delivery and evaluation of effective training programs and resources. This role focuses on fostering organizational growth through impactful learning experiences managing training systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The Learning and Development Specialist will report directly to the PMO Director.
- Focuses on the design development and delivery of training programs.
- Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommends appropriate learning solutions.
- Creates learning materials workshops and e-learning content.
- Facilitates training sessions either in-person or virtually.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and suggests improvements.
- Maintain accurate training records including schedules attendance and feedback.
- Prepare and distribute instructional materials such as guides notes and feedback forms.
- Act as a liaison for employees and external vendors to coordinate training logistics.
- Address and resolve training-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on training activities outcomes and employee performance.
- Recommend updates or new training initiatives based on organizational needs.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Collaborate with Hiring managers to align onboarding processes with organizational goals and culture.
Provide ongoing support to new hires during the onboarding process including training on systems policies and procedures.
Develop assign and track safety training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.
