Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe and international markets.

This is a senior client-facing leadership role operating on the client/owner side responsible for managing full project lifecycle deliveryfrom early-stage planning through to construction commissioning and handover.

You will lead integrated teams oversee General Contractors and consultants and ensure alignment across cost schedule quality and performancedriving delivery through digital and data-led methodologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale Data Centre projects (50MW) ensuring alignment with programme cost quality and client expectations

Act as the Owners Representative providing leadership and oversight of General Contractors and delivery teams

Define and implement project execution strategies including phasing logistics and commissioning integration

Ensure adoption of digital tools BIM and data analytics across the project lifecycle

Drive a One Team approach integrating client contractor and consultant teams

2. Stakeholder & Client Management:

Act as the primary interface with the client providing strategic leadership assurance and decision support

Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams contractors and consultants

Lead governance structures including reporting steering groups and key decision forums

Provide clear visibility on project performance risks and opportunities

3. Programme Cost & Performance Oversight:

Ensure alignment between construction programme cost control and delivery performance

Collaborate with Planning and Commercial teams to track progress forecast outcomes and manage contingencies

Drive performance using data-led insights dashboards and reporting platforms

Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines

4. Risk & Compliance Management:

Identify manage and mitigate risks across all project stages particularly within complex MEP and commissioning phases

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations governance frameworks and project standards

Support resolution of key project challenges including delays coordination issues and commercial risks

5. Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including construction managers planners engineers and project controls professionals

Foster a high-performance culture aligned with WiiGroups values of innovation collaboration and accountability

Support development of internal capability in line with digital delivery standards

6. Innovation & Digital Integration:

Champion the use of digital delivery tools automation and integrated data environments

Support implementation of 4D/5D BIM digital reporting and advanced analytics

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery

Our Ideal Candidate:

You are a high-performing project leader with strong experience in data centre or mission-critical environments capable of managing complexity at scale.

You are comfortable operating at senior client level while maintaining a strong understanding of on-site delivery. You leverage data technology and structured processes to drive performance and certainty in project outcomes.

Experience Required:

1015 years experience in project management within construction

Proven experience delivering Data Centre / Mission Critical projects (essential)

Experience operating in a client-side / owners representative role preferred

Strong understanding of full project lifecycle delivery including commissioning and handover

Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams

Experience working on international projects
