Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients families and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Interim HealthCare policies.

Requirements

• Current LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.
• Previous experience in nursing assistant care preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable punctual and able to work flexible schedules.
