About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Take charge of the breakfast section ensuring smooth and efficient service
Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Ensure all mise en place is ready for service
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to uphold overall kitchen performance
Assist with stock control and minimising waste
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A passion for cooking and working with fresh seasonal ingredients
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently during early shifts
A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
