About the Role

Were looking for an early-rising motivated Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team in a renowned gastropub setting just outside Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional high-standard kitchen known for delivering exceptional British cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the breakfast section ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready for service
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to uphold overall kitchen performance
  • Assist with stock control and minimising waste

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • A passion for cooking and working with fresh seasonal ingredients
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently during early shifts
  • A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
