Were working with an established luxury boutique hotel group to find a talented Chef De Partie for one of their characterful London properties.
This hotel is known for its unique personality stylish interiors and a strong focus on quality-led seasonal food. The kitchen delivers a relaxed yet refined all-day dining experience alongside a busy and creative events programme offering plenty of variety day to day.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 15.50 per hour plus circa 4000 per annum service charge
- 40-hour contract with paid overtime (typically around 45 hours per week)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Running your section and delivering consistently high standards
- Creating fresh seasonal dishes with a focus on flavour and presentation
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of private events
- Maintaining a clean organised and efficient working environment
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team culture
