What Youll Be Doing

As aScientist or Senior Scientist in Exploratory Biopharmaceutics youll be working at the critical intersection of modelling pharmacokinetics and drug product strategy helping determine whether a promising molecule can actually become a safe effective therapy for patients.

Early-stage development is where the big decisions get made. Your modelling and simulation work will directly shape how a molecule progresses through clinical stages how its presented to regulators and ultimately how it reaches patients.

This isnt a support role its a science leadership role.

You day to day

• Build and refine pharmacokinetic modelsthat identify the biopharmaceutics performance attributes that make or break a molecules clinical success your insights will guide critical go/no-go decisions
• Develop integrated biopharmaceutics modelling and simulation packagesthat underpin regulatory submissions and dossiers your work will be the scientific backbone of how BMS communicates with health authorities
• Shape biopharmaceutics strategiesfor active clinical and nonclinical studies translating complex science into practical exposure targets that improve outcomes for real patients
• Lead your own development projectswith genuine autonomy you wont be waiting for direction youll be setting it
• Collaborate directly with Discovery Clinical Pharmacology Regulatory and Toxicology teams this is a role that earns you a seat at the table across the full drug development lifecycle
• Work across therapeutic areas giving you breadth of experience that accelerates your career in ways a narrower role simply couldnt

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone whos technically sharp intellectually curious and genuinely energised by the pace of early-stage pharmaceutical development.

Youll be a great fit if you have:

• APhD in a relevant discipline(Pharmaceutics Pharmacokinetics DMPK or related field) combined with meaningful industry or research experience
• Hands-on modelling expertise PBPK popPK PK-PD QSP you know these tools and you know how to make them tell a useful story
• A solid grounding inADME PK and drug substance/drug product manufacturing processes- enough to speak credibly across functions
• Atrack record of publications and presentationsthat demonstrates youre engaged with where the field is going not just where its been
• The kind ofcommunication skillsthat translate complex science into clear actionable insights for cross-functional partners from bench scientists to regulatory reviewers
• Anentrepreneurial mindset - youre comfortable with ambiguity energised by change and you bring solutions not just problems

On-site Protocol
