What You Will Be Working On

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with subcontractor and project team
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and logistic activities
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues in transit with the subcontractor
• Overseeing and managing logistics subcontractor
• Maintain detailed documentation and strong configuration control for equipment packaging

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in business supply chain management related field or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in logistics supply chain or transportation coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. MS Project would be an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
