IT Specialist (Part-Time)

Arrow Ford is seeking a dependable Part-Time IT Support Specialist to support daily technology operations across dealership locations. This role focuses on maintaining reliable systems that support sales service and administrative teams in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for dealership staff including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
• Maintain and support dealership management systems (DMS) point-of-sale systems and office applications
• Set up and configure computers printers and other devices for new and existing employees
• Assist with network connectivity Wi-Fi access and basic infrastructure maintenance
• Perform routine system updates backups and security checks
• Track and document IT issues using internal systems or ticketing tools
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware Windows operating systems and common business software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff
• Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (IT-related coursework or certifications preferred)
