• Lead and support end-to-end SAP WM / Stockroom Management implementations including:
  • Requirement gathering and business blueprinting
  • System configuration and customization
  • Integration testing UAT cutover and go-live support
• Analyze and map business processes to SAP WM / IM or S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions
• Configure SAP WM functionalities such as:
  • Putaway and picking strategies
  • Transfer orders
  • Physical inventory
  • Storage types storage sections and bins
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM SD PP FI and logistics) to ensure seamless integration
• Support S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations including data conversion and process redesign
• Provide expert guidance on stockroom operations inventory accuracy and warehouse optimization
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements interfaces and reports
• Conduct user training sessions and create end-user documentation
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP WM / Inventory / Stockroom Management experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is preferred
• Solid knowledge of:
  • SAP WM and Inventory Management (IM)
  • Warehouse and stockroom business processes
• Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with testing cycles (Unit Integration UAT) and cutover activities

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Greenfield or Brownfield)
• Exposure to S/4HANA Warehouse Management or migration from ECC to S/4HANA
• Experience in:
  • Manufacturing retail or distribution industries
  • Integration with MM SD and logistics execution processes
• SAP certification in WM S/4HANA Logistics or related modules

Experience in global or multi-country implementation projects
