Job Description:

Maintain and update headcount and capacity planners to ensure smooth operations.
Develop accurate forecasts for volume productivity and shrinkages.
Generate comprehensive monthly reports for individual accounts.
Validate hiring decisions and internal transfers to maintain optimal staffing.
Analyze scheduling outcomes and recommend efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on capacity planning and recruitment.
Lead mentor and train team members to enhance their performance.
