We are seeking a dedicated and certifiedDietary Manager to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality nutritional care and meal services to our residents while complying with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and manage the dietary department to meet the nutritional needs of residents.
• Supervise dietary staff including scheduling training and performance management.
• Ensure meals are prepared according to residents dietary requirements preferences and care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all state federal and local regulations including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to address residents nutritional needs and implement dietary changes as needed.
• Develop and monitor the dietary department budget and maintain cost controls.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering and storing food and supplies.
• Conduct routine audits of meal preparation service and kitchen cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents families and staff.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or similar certification is required.
• Previous experience in a dietary or food service management role preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation standards and dietary regulations in healthcare.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents families and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
• Compassionate and service-oriented mindset.
