About The Role

Job Title:IT Specialist

Location:Guilford Connecticut

We areseekinga motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT department asanIT Helpdesk/Support this role you will provide technicalassistanceand support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and is an on-site position in Guilford CT.

Key Responsibilities

• Tier 1 andtier2 responseto user requests for technical support.
• Triage assign updateorresolveopen tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference.
• Assistinsetting up new user accounts hardware and software installations.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.
• Assistwithensuringcompliance and regulatory requirementsare met; HIPAA SOC2 HITRUST.
• Participate inon-call and after-hours supportas necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
• At least2 yearspriorIT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems Linux is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office365and common IT tools including Single Sign-On system management/mobile device management cloud-based storageand web-based conferencing.
• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

• This is a full-time on-site role based out of Hyperfines office in Guilford CT.
• Availablenights weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
