Position Overview
As a Senior Director Inside Sales with LoopNet you will build lead and scale a world-class inside sales organization aiding to expand our footprint within the commercial real estate market. You will lead and develop a team of sales leaders with responsibility for driving new customer acquisition expanding existing relationships and ensuringa consistent exceptional customer experience. As we grow you will play a critical role in hiring onboarding and developing a large multi-layered inside sales force.
To be successful you will inspire and create excitement with your team customers sales prospects the LoopNet organization and thereal estate community. You will be a tireless high-energy entrepreneur with a brand of confidence which allows for delegation and empowerment of your team. You mustpossessexcellent interpersonal skillsa high levelofintegrityand be able to inspire trust and confidence. This is a highly visible hands-on leadership role for someone who builds culture raises standards and knows how to create repeatable excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the inside sales organization developing the leadership structure talent systems and processesrequiredfor long-term high-velocity growth.
Hire lead and develop a team of sales leaders ensuring they build high-performing teams equipped to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations reviewing performance metrics and holding teams accountable for activity pipeline quality customer engagement and quota achievement.
Lead new business acquisition and expansion motionsestablishingbest practices for prospecting customer engagement renewal strategies and the expansion of existing accounts.
Leverage data to inform decision-making diagnose performance gapsoptimizeworkflows and drive accountability across leaders and sellers.
Constantlyseekshareand implement best practices in the sales function. Lead efforts to implement process controls and drive amind-setof continuous improvement throughout yourregionsales organization.
Partner closely with senior LoopNet leadership toalign onstrategic goals share best practices and ensure cross-brand continuity in talent development and GTM strategy.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business and functional partners and the senior management team
Serve as an integral member of the senior sales leadership team assisting the executive team in the achievement of company goals
Basic Qualifications
8 years of progressive leadership experience in a sales leadership role preferably in industries that include: digital media advertising or commercial real estate
Bachelors degree from an accredited in-person not for profitcollegeor university.
A track recordof commitment to prior employers.
Demonstrated success recruiting developing and leading high-performing sales teams and frontline leaders.
Experienceoperatingin fast-paced high-volume inside sales environments.
Proven ability to lead through change scale organizations and build repeatable sales processes.
High levelof executive presence with the ability to influence across levels and functions in complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience building or scaling large inside sales teams witha track recordof consistent revenue achievement.
Demonstrated skill in developing sales leadersretaininghigh performers and managing underperformance with clarity and consistency.
Deep relationship-building capability with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Strong strategic thinking planning and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
Ability to travelasneeded to support leadership hiring team development and executive initiatives.
