DaVita is looking for a Clinical Administrative Assistant that is also an Experienced Dialysis Tech to serve our patients at our Meadowhawk Dialysis in Marysville OH.

Must Be An Experienced Certified Dialysis Technician!

This is a dual role - Shifts will range between 8hrs (AA) and 12hrs (PCT) and will potentially float to other clinics in the region.

Some details about this position:

• Dialysis Experienced & Certified and some AA experience preferred (but will train right candidate)

• Expected Schedule: Will vary depending on clinic needs can start as early as 4:00am when working as a dialysis tech and as early as 7:00am when working as an AA.

• This role is a Dual Role that will sometimes require Floating to other clinics in the region

• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings evenings weekends and holiday

Dialysis Tech Requirements:

• Must be experienced and certified as a Dialysis Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be comfortable working around blood and needles

• Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb

• Flexibility and availability to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed

• Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12 hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when its safe for our patients.

• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.

• Dialysis experience required including: BONENT Certified Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).

Administrative Assistant Details:

• Screen all people entering the clinic for COVID (questions and temp along with providing a mask)

• Process admission requests and follow up with hospitals to assure we have all required documents to accept patients

• Admit and discharge patients in computer system

• Document appointments and follow up with offices to receive appointment notes

• Order office supplies

• Filing good organizational skills desire to learn DaVita specific systems quickly

• Prioritize tasks throughout the day/week even when unexpected things happen

• Clear and prompt communication with team practitioners and outside partners

• Complete tasks in a timely manner
