REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - West Bulgaria

Location: Sofia Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing

THE JOB

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients distributors and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities across assigned markets and channels
  • Lead negotiations pricing strategies and contract agreements
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (production logistics finance) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and performance analysis for HQ
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings
  • Manage and develop a regional sales network (directly or indirectly)

THE PERSON

  • Degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in sales preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with distributors and B2B clients
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on proactive and results-oriented approach
  • High level of ownership accountability and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with international HQ
